The Customer Assessment Process
When working with a client TRG follows the Customer Assessment Process (CAP).
CAP is a joint discovery process that allows us to determine your business
goals, the impact of STC and the requirements to implement STC at your company.
CAP involves assessing the business impact of STC and conducting an
implementation analysis. The net result will be a CAP report which includes
the recommended STC configuration, the implementation plan, risks and
assumptions and an initial pricing estimate.
