STC is able to import information from any internal or external source. As a
result, STC gives you the power to create a single view of your marketplace
by displaying customer and non-customer information together in the "Prospect
Pane". Internal information displayed is entirely customizable and might
include customer location, sales history and sales potential by product
type or grouping and more.
Data sources could include customer sales history, CRM, Sales Force Automation
system and more. External information displayed is also fully customizable
and might include SIC code, employee count and annual revenue. Data sources
could include D&B, ABI, NDC etc.
By giving you easy access to both customer and non-customer data, STC
